- MGMatt GMar 8, 20251.0The lines are too long-at least on Saturdays when I go in. I dont have 20 minutes to wait in line. I get why we had to stand in line during COVID at the same branch but that was long ago. I have banked at wells fargo since 1998 and now looking elsewhere. I dont blame that bank location or the employees--its the just the way the big banks are going. BOA did the same long ago. Its like the walk in customer is no longer impt. Oh well. We either accept the new reality or move on.

I searched about what he said, and found out it's totally UNTRUE. Wells Fargo, I will do my banking somewhere else. You lose a customer today. well you lose the whole family. And I will tell everybody I know what I had encountered today . That may be a small number of people but a dint is a dint. A scratch is a scratch. Well Fargo, how can you let your employees lie to customers.
