- APAngel PelayoOct 9, 20251.0I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at your branch. I had called ahead to confirm that it would be okay to make a withdrawal for my coin collection, and I was told that the branch would be able to accommodate it. However, when I arrived, the teller’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being unfairly judged or profiled because of the nature of my request. I felt more judged than assisted, even though I had taken the time to verify everything in advance. I understand that certain requests may seem out of the ordinary, but I believe every customer deserves the same respect and courtesy regardless of their transaction. I’ve already expressed my concerns to customer service, but I wanted to ensure this matter is taken seriously and addressed so that others don’t have to feel the same way in the future.
