  I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at your branch. I had called ahead to confirm that it would be okay to make a withdrawal for my coin collection, and I was told that the branch would be able to accommodate it. However, when I arrived, the teller’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being unfairly judged or profiled because of the nature of my request. I felt more judged than assisted, even though I had taken the time to verify everything in advance. I understand that certain requests may seem out of the ordinary, but I believe every customer deserves the same respect and courtesy regardless of their transaction. I’ve already expressed my concerns to customer service, but I wanted to ensure this matter is taken seriously and addressed so that others don’t have to feel the same way in the future.

  The teller was not competent and had a poor attitude. It’s the end of the week, yes, but you still need to do your job, guy.

  Any time I have issues with my account, the branch manager Ray ALWAYS helps me out and gives me the personal touch that's hard to find at other banks!! It is a RARE thing to find a Bank Manager who takes this kind of initiative and care for a humble customer such as myself. He is driven and professional almost to a fault. I find myself always asking him to please call me "JON" instead of "Mr. Foley". Oh, by the way, he knows me by name, and addresses me every time I come in with a smile and a handshake. I challenge anyone to find me a branch manager who takes ownership of his client's issues and situations the way that Ray does. I just hope selfishly that they'll keep him as a manager of this branch for awhile before promoting him to a higher upper management position where his skill-set clearly qualifies him to be!!!
