They sent the payoff to another bank then they told me after I had signed that this was not an auto refinance as I had been told. But a personal loan. I tried calling for a payoff the Pasadena company asked me to hold and then when I tried to call this office they did not anythw phone . Just seems odd to me . I will update if they ever answer the phone . I really gave them the opportunity to do the right thing I understand when you first open an office there will be issues but geez
