I tried calling credit card number but I am unable to actually speak to a LIVE PERSON. The menu STINKS and I keep going in circles. I guess I will HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO THE BRANCH TO GET THE INFORMATION I NEED. My request should easily be handled by phone, but instead I will have to make the 30 min drive to and from the branch to get the information I need.

I had to visit the branch on several occasions and they could not have been more helpful and professional each time. They offer free notary and other financial certifications which were very helpful. I highly recommend this branch for financial service.
