Houda was truly the perfect person to talk to about my financial situation and how to go about my future plans. Houda was smart, knowledgeable, created sound advice and answered everything to her best ability. It’s hard to find a banker that truly cares and has a heart to help others but Houda was truly an angel.

Despite cashing multiple checks from my employer without issue, they suddenly decided to place a hold on my most recent one. When I asked why, they falsely claimed the delay was on Bank of America's side—but after verifying with BOA, I confirmed that wasn’t true. Their incompetence didn’t stop there. I even brought a letter from BOA proving the payment had been processed, yet Wells Fargo refused to accept it simply because it wasn’t in the exact format they preferred. Meanwhile, they’ve been holding my funds for over a week, despite my employer’s payroll department showing me proof that the check cleared and the money was already withdrawn from their account. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As soon as my funds are finally available, I’ll be withdrawing everything and closing my account for good. Wells Fargo has proven to be unreliable, unhelpful, and dishonest—customers deserve better.

- NTNiko TMay 10, 20211.0This is by far the worst Wells Fargo Bank location I have ever encountered. I had an appointment today at 4 PM with Paul Woo. I got a call telling me last minute they are not available and they automatically rescheduled me for the following Wednesday without my permission. Just a voicemail minutes after calling them back. Called them once and didn't even answer. Second time was the charm. I explained that I needed an account set up today as discussed and the woman over the phone, despite being short staffed, did not acknowledge my needs as a customer for years at Wells Fargo. To me, being short staffed is not an excuse. Either hire more employees to keep your end of the appointment or make ends meet to provide satisfaction to your customer. Until then, this location should not even exist knowing they cannot even make up for their own mistakes.
