- BRB RJul 16, 20241.0I can see why this branch is closing. Crazy how there can be a 3 people deep line and will still only one teller is open. I avoid going to the bank but when I need to stop by I’m glad this one will be closed! Seriously if I can see 3 employees behind the glass an only one is helping!!?! Something is wrong here! Will absolutely not be back here for what ever reason.

Each time when asked for a manager, a personal banker will show up claiming to be a manager and not know what to do. One of the absolute worst bank employees is Gohar Gazaryan. She is rude, argumentative, and totally incompetent. For those who live in Bel Air or the hills of Beverly Hills, drive the extra mile to get to the Wells Fargo in Beverly Hills where they know their customers by name and know customer service.
- BBBambadjan BambaMay 6, 20191.0While other banks are giving $500-$600 away for having 10k or more in your account STACY with perfect makeup at this WELLS FARGO bank refused to waive their ridiculous overpriced cashiers-check fee and were happy to help me withdraw over 10k (with no benefits) and close my account. Great way to treat a customer of over 10yrs and to earn your customers trust after fraudulently opening accounts under our name. Maybe if I had 100k or more I would get more respect. the branch manager was happy to give me their feedback card too! Lol yelp, Twitter, Facebook...will do the trick! #2019 mantra either you show me some respect or I take my business somewhere else!
