They are always understaffed and never have enough tellers and forget it if you walk in and ask for a banker. Seriously avoid unless there’s no other option.

For example when getting docs notarized ; I have brought docs unrelated to Wells, and without flinching, they service me. NO other bank will do that. I have verified this to be true repeatedly.
