- DSDavid ShevickJul 14, 20251.0I wound up at a bank because they purchased circle Bank which was a community Bank in San Rafael I did it during the move your money movement to get my money out of Wells fargo. But now Umpqua it's just as corporate is anywhere. I had some fraud on my account and I had to open up another account and they gave me a number to go to online access and I had to call that number a bunch of times it took me a couple days to get it set up and I bounced one check they wouldn't return that money and look at that as extenuating at all even though they're procedure to get online access is just really bad
