This is another place that is horrible to deal with from customer service that is not even in America and use the people as cheap labor and they don't really care to help you then going into this branch and having to go three times and still not get things figured out. The manager is a horrendous person really mean to the staff as well as the customers she's lazy and grumpy and the staff doesn't really know how to help anybody. They basically froze all my money and didn't tell me why and they had no explanation and gave me the runaround constantly for days. All I did was transfer money from One bank to another and they dropped the ball I've never had so many problems they're worse than Wells Fargo do not go to this Branch or do banking with this establishment you will be sorry if you do.
