- ELE LApr 26, 20252.0I don't have an issue with Jack. He is a nice man and over the several years I had an account at EJ, my investment marginally outgrew inflation, so I can't complain. The senior office administrator Rachel Estrada is the primary reason I closed my account. In trying to obtain some simple specific information about my account, she insisted that a certain feature of the online portal was functioning properly, and that I must not be using it correctly. I was, and it absolutely wasn't. Upon closing my account, she assured me the fee would be $95. It wasn't, it was considerably more. I was guaranteed I'd be sent documents that never arrived and told I'd be called back when I never was. Now that I'm trying to untangle the bizarre way in which the additional fees were applied, I'm being completely ignored. If you need to have your money at EJ for some reason, pick an office with an honest and capable administrator.
