I have been banking here for years and have never had any issues with the branch and it’s employees . Lines do get long at times, but that’s with every bank at certain times of the month. I do recommend they get newer ATMs that give different denominations bills; as a small business owner I sometimes need ones and fives, and I can save time by skipping the line. I also like the fact they are inside a Vons, the ATMs are well lit and in a public area where you can feel safe making deposits or getting cash late at night.
- AAA AlfaroOct 10, 20205.0Great bank. Never have problems with them. If I have a dispute they handle it. Always clean employees are knowledgeable and happy. Masks are required and they have hand sanitizer for your use. Wheelchair friendly and clean. Love my bank keep up the good work.
