- AAA AlfaroOct 10, 20205.0Great bank. Never have problems with them. If I have a dispute they handle it. Always clean employees are knowledgeable and happy. Masks are required and they have hand sanitizer for your use. Wheelchair friendly and clean. Love my bank keep up the good work.

Make an account then cancel it for no reason then make your account negative 200 dollars so you call customer service for the next hour trying to figure things out with automated calls and people who really don’t care about your situation. Even got a fake “hello hello I can’t hear you, please call back at blahblahblah “ called again and same thing over again. Meaning that’s his voicemail to not even do his own job and throw it to another person. WONDER WHY YOU GUYS GET SUED EVERY YEAR FOR THINGS LIKE THIS!
