  I rarely if ever take the time to post a negative review but Wells Fargo hopefully you get the message since there is no option to email the branch. Been a WF customer forever, have several accounts, a paid off car loan & new credit card. I typically do all my banking on the mobile app or at the atm. Went to this branch today, Sat, to get some help on an issue that I couldn't do on the app regarding my credit card. My past experiences speaking with offshore support have not been positive. So here goes. Arrived at bank before 11:00 to see a “banker”. There was one, she was helping a customer for at least 45 minutes. There were 2 customers waiting to also see someone & one after me, total of 4. Another “banker” couldn’t assist us because he was waiting for an appointment at 11:00 (they showed at 11:35). Separately there was a continuous long line for the two tellers. The branch closed at 12 so it was clear, the 4 of us were not going to be helped. I left. Janine, branch manager, made a lovely customer service call to me two weeks ago after I had come into the branch to deposit a check, to ask how my experience was. Nice personal touch. Janine, today is bad customer service! If a transaction cannot be completed on the app or at the atm, no customer should have to wait as all of us did today. WF’s profits can afford to finance more support, especially on a Sat and at holiday time. Do better!

  I'm a new customer and have been doing business at this particular branch for the last few months. I have to give this particular branch five stars because of the exceptional customer service and professionalism. I hope to continue a good business relationship.

  I'm not from California but please Do not visit Wells Fargo Bank. The manager Matt exhibited complete incompetence and refused to answer a basic inquiry, stating he was prohibited from explaining why the vault was inaccessible. He irrationally informed a YouTuber that filming outside the bank branch window was not permitted, citing customers arriving with sensitive census documents in their vehicles. Soon after, another employee emerged and aggressively confronted the YouTuber, asserting she was not allowed to record without consent and threatened to involve law enforcement. This woman demonstrated an alarming lack of legal knowledge and professionalism, as she was clearly unaware that individuals possess the constitutional right to film in public spaces, including from the exterior of a bank. Her behavior reflected ignorance, misinformation, and a failure to understand civil liberties. The entire encounter revealed poor training, institutional arrogance, and a blatant disregard for the First Amendment. Customers should be wary of establishments that trample on basic rights while hiding behind vague policies and ill-informed staff. This incident illustrates the importance of knowing the law, standing firm, and not allowing intimidation or ignorance to overshadow what is just and lawful.

  This review is just for one of the bankers, Fay, who is an absolutely lovely human being. I went in after starting a new company and she was so thorough and not pushy at all, and offered me such kind words when I started tearing up (it's been a long road trying to set this company up). She's truly unusual in her interactions and I wish there were more bankers with her empathy. Thank you, Fay!

  I have been a Wells Fargo customer since it w as first interstate bank. I had 2 real estate loan with great credit throughout the 35 plus years. I applied to finance my condominium worth close to $900,000 I wanted to finance only $200,000. With a credit score of 800 no bad credit my loan was rejected. Sadly I applied with Chase bank my loan was accepted and processed within 3 weeks. I am planing to end my business with Wells Fargo and transfer to Chase bank too bad!!
