A gentleman by the name of Robert A Mednick, Assisted me on opening a new savings account. This gentleman answered all my questions with more details than expected. He was kind enough to share with me options To invest gave me some homework it was a great interaction all in all. Roberts worked with a branch for many years!! He is a premier banker at Wells Fargo. I highly suggest if you’re looking for any services at this branch, ask for Robert!!
- AMAlexa MarinDec 24, 20251.0I came to branch to order checks, but the rep directed to call customer service rather than help me in person. Rude and just didn’t wanna help! I just came from my other bank and had no issue ordering checks. Either way I won’t be doing business with Wells Fargo anymore. Banker was Hispanic male that just was rude and not wanting to help.

- JBJoes BashasSep 29, 20221.0Who's giving this bank 5 stars? Wells Fargo as a whole is the worst in customer service. I walked into their building at 4:30 PM on a Thursday. First they were all mad and grumpy. Second none of the staff standing outside to greet you or guide you. The bankers three of them, two just chitchatting. The female banker was extremely rude. I had to walk up to her, and she said in an angry voice "CAN I HELP YOU?" I felt like I walked into the hood. There was also a woman who's the teller, who looked like a witch from Harry Potter was just looking at me really angry. I am noy sure why people here are mad. The only good guy was the banker Robert, only person who was a human being.
