- BLBill LocktonNov 13, 20171.0They have messed me up 3 times over the last year. Two were just unfriendly policy positions that worked to my detriment. "Unfriendly" is the right word'. Today their ATM didn't return my card and didn't acknowledge my deposit. I specified giving me a receipt, but their ATM didn't give me one and didn't return my card. 25 minutes later the screen said it was "still processing". How long is someone expected to wait? I am very concerned I have lost both my deposit and my card. Can't believe they wouldn't have someone on duty to help with after-hour crises of their own creation. I needed my card back! I needed to use it tonight. Unforgivable. Hunting for a new bank tomorrow.
