- VSVenice ShowAug 2, 20221.0Once First Federal. Then One West as quality declined. Now First Citizens and I've never seen such client chaos. Long lines with one or 2 windows open. The no deposit slip policy makes everything take longer. An older woman was upset today and demanded a manger because the teller typed her deposit into someone else's account. After watching them try to become the newly managed bank from One West for awhile it appears they have failed miserably. This bank is a disaster.

They hours might say from 9-3 daily but if you get there at 2:30 they are already closed with the staff still there and multiple people wanting to come in and the staff just ignores everyone. It’s still at least 30 minutes before closing so why ignore a number of customers? But other than that usually the staff is wonderful and very welcoming when open and is a 5+ star bank.
