  Terrible customer service, always change banker, seems they have a lots of customer, no one care about you when your put in CITI, if have problem in your accounting, they will tell you is your problems, no one help you solve the problems. really bad! never come back .

  My recent experiences at the Citibank branch on Montana Avenue have been exceptionally positive, thanks to the dedication and helpfulness of several advisors. My initial interaction with meghan was marked by a warm and welcoming greeting, immediately making me feel like a valued customer. Later, alex took the time to thoroughly explain various rates, patiently ensuring I understood my options and could make informed decisions. David also proved to be incredibly helpful in addressing my credit card issues with knowledge and efficiency. Finally, I must commend Beverly Gomez, who went above and beyond to resolve a long-standing issue I had been struggling with for weeks. Her willingness to stay late on a Friday (49 mins after closing) and her genuine commitment to finding a solution were truly remarkable. The consistent dedication to excellent customer service displayed by David, Alex, Meghan, and Beverly makes them valuable assets to the Citibank Montana Ave branch, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance.

  A social security number should NOT be required for an employee to do a cash deposit for the business they work for. It is NOT legal to collect this information - the employee has nothing to do with the transaction and should not have to give anything other than a form of ID. This branch doesnt seem to understand this. Other branches do. Given the manager wouldnt budge on her belief, I doubt she would accommodating working with other business related accounting issues. She wouldnt admit she was wrong even when other branches understand only someone banking with them needs to surrender such info. Bank elsewere.

  Walked in and worked with Babak Solis. He was professional, gracious, knowledgeable, & resourceful. We walked in with some difficult technical questions/issues. He was able to resolve them.
