- CLCharles Louy3 days ago5.0I have been a client of this branch of Banc of California since its inception. The staff is energetic and vibrant, always ready to provide their best service. The following event motivated me to write this review. About a year ago I discovered that several of my checks had been forged. When I notified Juan Carlos, the branch manager, the rest was a breeze: Juan Carlos contacted the other bank involved in the fraud, and was able to reimburse me the $2,000 that I had lost. I recommend this bank to anybody looking for a combination of a community and business bank.

- KMKathy ModesDec 28, 20221.0If I could give Pacific western zero stars I would. I went in to give them $20 for 2 rolls of quarters so I could laundry. And they refused because I do not have an account with them. So apparently cash is not acceptable at a bank. So I walked across the street and was greeted by a very nice teller at Union Bank who immediately gave me quarters. Lesson.... Don't bank with Pacific western.
