- CCChristopher ChanNov 6, 20254.0Went to this location for an account discussion. While they are busy, some banker (that assist people with their account) do choose to help customers that they like. Don’t get me wrong some of those employees especially the one behind the counter are really helpful and nice. I understand they are busy but they help people that decide to cut through the line before they assist me. Big shout out to the team working behind the counter though since they acknowledge my existence when they see me ! I really appreciate that.
- DCDaniel CJul 31, 20255.0I was redirected from the Coleman branch (avoid that one) to this branch to do a domestic wire transfer. I luckily upon entering as I had to make a 2pm cutoff. Raj saw that and immediately said “I can help”. He was quick, accurate and professional. I not only made the cutoff, but then he noticed one of my accounts was eligible for a higher APY or promo from 1% to 3.5%. It was quick to sign up. Only stipulation was to wire some funds from my Chase account. But he helped make a stressful situation easier and also help me make more passive income. “Bich” branch manager also stopped by to say hello. Now, this is how a bank should operate. Highly recommended for your banking and financial needs.
