  From the looks of the massive amount of 1 star reviews this branch is in need of serious retraining. My experience was very disappointing and confusing. I went into this Branch to make a payment but the teller refused to take my $20 in cash because they require you to show a driver's license to make a payment when I asked him why and when they started this policy cuz I've been a credit card holder for over a decade easily he handed me a document that explained that when you opened a bank account with a large amount of cash you needed a driver's license which clearly had nothing to do with making a credit card payment with a small amount cash $20. When I requested to talk to a manager the teller was nice and called the manager when the manager came he was arrogant very flamboyant and rude basically I needed to add here to their ridiculous policy of controlling and monetizing who makes payments with a $20 bill I explained I didn't have my ID because I had rode my bicycle tried to give them my identification card number the expired day my home address how long I've been a customer my emergency contact they would not approve me to make the payment and then when I asked for the policy that applied to the reason why they wouldn't take the payment on my credit card they provided me with some document that had nothing to do with identification in their ridiculous policy.

  Worst experience ever in this branch. I needed some help with a transaction that could not do at cashier. They told if I wanted to wait for one of the bankers to help me . I said yes. I did not mind waiting. When the person that was gonna help me approached. She was very rude as she said let me help you very fast. She did not greet me , she seemed in a rush and not happy helping me a customer. At her desk, I told her what I need help with , she took my ID and bank card, checked her computer and looked me and said “this is going to make very long and I don’t have to time for this , I have another appointment “ I got up and ask to talk to the manager , and her answer was , “I’m the manager” . I could not believe it . It’s that the unprofessionalism of a manager. She did not help me and I left the bank without any help .
