I was simply trying to get help, but instead felt dismissed and disrespected. That’s not the kind of treatment a customer should receive. Very unprofessional experience I won’t be doing business with this branch again, and I’ll be taking my future accounts elsewhere.

I went in to ask a question about my account and was helped by another rude man who's English was horrible, aside from that he was very flirty and kept asking me personal questions that nothing to do with my bank account. I called Chance the branch manager, very rudely said im with a customer I'll call you back, keep in mind this is a week later after i went into the branch personally, well never received a return call from Chance. I don't understand how this branch is still open, customer service is terrible.
