I tried patelco for good CD rates, but decided to cancel my account. Of course Patelco has a 90 day cancel fee. Everyone else is 30 day. Compare closely, can you see this one is terrible. I have two other credit unions with spectacular service and rates.

Was told that they need 20-25 min for that and it is too late, suggested to come again later this week. “Great job”, Patelco, in these unstable times when other banks need liquidity badly, you don’t want to stay extra 10 minutes to get a new customer. Will go to another bank.
