However, I have noticed a higher-than-expected turnover rate among staff. Previously, I worked with Miss AJ and Vivian, both of whom were highly professional and courteous personal bankers. Currently, I am assisting with my CD renewal alongside Ms. Drina, who has been extremely patient and welcoming. Every team member here is knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. I think any negative remark about individuals at this branch are unfounded and do not reflect the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff.
