I’ve had so many issues with this branch, I’ve closed down my Wells Fargo account due to employee negligence and willful ignorance. Multiple times, I had appointments cancelled on the day of, with either little or no notice until I’m at the location. What is the point of having branch phones, if no one ever bothers to pick up? The banker associates just stand around talking to each other, while ignoring walk in employees. My grandma has an issue with her account and she made an appointment with a banker. She was seated in the waiting area for 45 minutes with the banker just sitting at his computer and looking around. If there was an award for “Worst Branch of the Year”, this store would be the favorite hands down.
