- PPpeter porinshNov 26, 20251.0I came to the bank on Wednesday Nov. 26! To do a transaction requiring a banker. There was one available and he was helping some one . Another banker in Business banking said he couldn’t help us but another banker would be available in a few minutes. That turned out to be 30 minutes. The 1st banker finished with his client and left and was gone for another 15 minutes When he came back and I asked about getting some help. He said they were busy the rest of the afternoon. He was bordering rude and definitely had a superior attitude. I wish I would have checked your your rating before I went to the bank. I would have known not to go. I live in Ranch Mirage Ca. This branch needs to be closed or at least the employees called bankers be let go to work somewhere where they have less public contact.

- JSJohn SDec 9, 20221.0I have had great customer service from Wells Fargo over the past 20 years. Unfortunately, I recently had an issue getting change for our business at this location. The branch manager was rude and condescending and basically called me a liar. His customer etiquette skills were greatly lacking and in need of some serious social education. This issue could have, and should have, been handled in a much more professional manner. Due to my negative experience, I am currently looking into finding another local bank to handle our accounts as I feel my complaint with the Wells Fargo customer service fell on deaf ears and nothing will be done to correct his conduct. If you love Wells Fargo then I highly recommend choosing another location with a branch manager that is respectful and cares about his/her customers.
