  Breanna the manager wasted my time and doesn’t know who to do her job. I went in to get bank statements and because the account was closed Brianna advised me I had to call the main call center and they would tell me how to Fed Ex the docs in. I called and had to be transferred to three different supervisors to learn that I in fact did NOT have to FedEx them in and would need instead to take them for upload to another local branch. Lo and behold, I have my bookkeeper paid all day today and the soonest appointment they have is three days from today and my bookkeeper will be gone. Had Brianna preformed her job properly she would have known to advise me to make an appointment with a local branch (other than hers) at that time for them to upload my supporting docs. Now, I’ve lost $1000 for my bookkeeper for the day and all Brianna could do was apologize for the inconvenience without even admitting she was wrong. To add insult to injury she wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. I don’t want apologies, I want action. She was nice, I’ll give her that. Just needs to go back to training and work on her customer service skills
