  Well staffed and busy. Even though it was busy, the line was being handled very quickly and efficiently.

  I’ve been a WF customer since 1977. The line of customers at this branch is usually long and takes forever to get service. I would avoid this branch for normal business, but I needed access to my safe deposit box. I counted 23 customers in line on Saturday morning with 3 tellers. The 5 star rating is not for the Branch, but it was for “Alexis” who took the time to canvas people in line for anyone needing special service. She assisted me and I avoided the long wait in line. When I left the line was even longer extending out of the building. Thanks Alexis!

  Si ubiera estrellas malas le pondría asta 6 estrellas malas por mal servicio al cliente no buelbo a ir a ese banco una cajera para más de 30 personas i cuando tengo que cambiar mi cheque pongo la tarjeta i la cajera me dise la tarjeta no es de usted ledigo si es de mi esposa ella a cambiado mis cheque es la misma cuenta no pero no es sulla después de una ora en linea losiento pero el lunes a primera hora boy a ese banco y saco todo mi dinero 💰 prefiero tener mi dinero en mi casa i prefiero ir a la licorería i pagar 10.o 12 dólares que el banco tenga mi dinero porque es mi dinero ok según servicio al cliente no creo señores pongan atención con sus trabajadores porque así se les van los clientes ok espero i que esta publicación les sirva de algo
