- DLDavid LongJul 14, 20251.0Wow ... I've been a WF customer for nearly 20 yrs. I went in to the Main St Santa Ana branch for what should have been a simple transaction getting a cashiers check for a contractor I've been paying with WF cashiers checks for several months. The manager Alexis Casanova turned this into an infuriating ordeal. Interrogating me with accusatory question ... had she spent 10 seconds reviewing my account she would have clearly see I've been a long time customer and have made several other payments to my contractor. It's no wonder Wells Fargo reviews are in the tank. The Santa Ana branch on Main St is managed by someone who clearly have NO customer service skills. I'll be closing my accounts this week!
