I stopped by this branch to make my daily deposit because I was in the area. They would not accept my deposit. I explained that I make the exact same type of deposit 5 times a week at other WF branches and they did not care. Yvette Lozano is the operations supervision and she was adamant I was wrong. After being denied, I drove to another WF branch and made the deposit. What a pain. I just don't get it. Honestly, I am asking myself why I bank at WF.
