After days of breaking down all the awesome features OCCU such as the refer a friend program they have! (which give you $50 per friend you get to sign up) She was a little nervous and skeptical at first but when we first walked in OSCAR greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile! Which is actually insane!! I actually remember speaking to this kind gentleman 2 years ago when signing up with OCCU when my friend had referred me to them. And just as last time OSCAR broke everything down to my confused little sister. She mentioned to me that OCCU sounded amazing compared to all the other banks around that she was considering signing up for! Overall i did just want to mention that OSCAR's costumer service has not changed at all within the last 2 years that i have seen him. He continues to show patience and continues to go above and beyond! 100/10 service
