  Unprofessional and disgusting customer service. I am completely changing banks after my experience here. After sending me on a wild goosechase across the city, and only for me to return to this bank and a middle aged lady greeter thing to tell me that I couldn't even speak to a teller. She just turned around turn and walked away on her little cankles. Not even a "Goodbye" or "Have a nice day," honestly, I'd prefer her to at least spit on my shoe than what she did. Disgusting customer service. Do not come to this branch, there's only one teller working so expect lines and then there's a miniature, stubby fake security guard hashing people out.

  Worst Citi Bank , ofc I’m a Citi bank member and not to long I walked in there and I wait 35 mins . The teller was clueless! And was allowing someone else to go in front of me ! I went in to change quarters something fast, after I told her I was there first and she kept insisting, I gave her the 20 to change she looked like she didn’t want to serve me anymore saying I need my bank card and she couldn’t do it without it I’ve been there plenty of times to where I know they do it without a card when the money is in hand but there was a LONG LINE so she had no other choice . Nataly Campos is her name !

  Asked for information about credit cards got a simple brochure and i bank here they offerd me a card with 1 percent cashback yeah im like no amex offered something better it would been easier with citi its my primary bank
