The operation manager behaved with the maturity and attitude of an impatient teenager — dismissive, sarcastic, and quick to shut down the interaction rather than resolve it. He hovered over my conversation with the manager and no one could control him. The branch manager showed no concern about the rudeness, making it clear that customer experience isn’t a priority here. New customers steer clear!

Very unprofessionalism, I'm a 60 year old man and was there this morning waiting for them to open to conduct business, and all they wanted to do is threatening me that they was going to call the police if I didn't leave the area until they opened. My wife and I have accounts with Wells Fargo. How much longer after today remains undetermined :-( Very disappointed! If it wasn't for one gentleman coming up to me in the line afterward and asking me how he could assist me and then showing me how I could conduct my needs at the ATM once we updated information on the WF app, I most likely would of been closing our accounts. Why couldn't one of the first two start their conversation with me that way, instead of threatening me? :-( Very disappointed!
