- MMMichael Mang6 days ago1.0There is a banker named Victor Soto in this branch and i feel that he is gossiping about me to other colleagues because when i came in this branch one time i felt he was making nasty facial expressions (basically gossiping about me to his colleagues) now the banker Virginia Maher avoided me when i entered the branch because i believe Victor is gossiping about me. I felt uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. Virginia was helpful before this incident. Also Victor doesn’t reply back to my voicemails.
- AEaqren EAug 30, 20251.0Bank now charges $ for INTERNAL TRANSACTIONS. They are applying a $35 fee for going into a back to transfer funds from one citi account to another. I'm sure they'll pay someone's salary to write a defense to this review but now I have to pay them the cost of a extra large round table pizza to move my money, e.g. numbers, around in their own system.
