- CRclay rheeJun 12, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Horrible customer service. Had lost my wallet and they didn’t want to help me in anyway in the slightest to get to my own money. They wanted a physical id but for some reason didn’t understand that i can’t pay for my ID without accessing my funds… definitely making me reconsider banking with Wells Fargo. If you want better customer service and bankers who actually care and want to help go to one up the street near Safeway. The branch manager at the other location was nice, genuine, and actually wanted to help me in my situation. This was absolutely ridiculous. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this branch if you need help with your account in anyway.
