- KBKRISTINNA BROOKSSep 17, 20221.0PSA: do not I repeat do not bank with @patelcocu they will steal your money and literally tell you there is nothing they can do about it or make you wait once you have deposited cash into their ATM. No reason my son has to be without his money until possibly Monday or longer. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! AGAIN IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BANK DO NOT BANK WITH @patelcocu customer service won't help you neither will the managers. How are we suppose to teach our kids the importance of using a credit union when they are constantly making or allowing charges on his account and I have to dispute it every single time and now this being the 3rd time we had an issue with the ATM depositing and withdrawing money. You want to get money out but it won't give you money but it will debit it from your account then you have to dispute it to get it corrected. I have never seen such stupidity and carelessness with a bank in my life. DO NOT BANK WITH @patelcocu they are absolutely the worst credit Union to go to. I have alerted my 50K followers not to bank with this credit union it is absolutely ridiculous for this mishap and I for one will no longer have my son or anyone bank with them.
