I walked into the bank and was not greeted by any staff. There were 3 personal bankers, so I walked to one of them and asked if I should just sit and wait for someone to help me.The man said yes, he never took his eyes off the computer screen. I sat down and 5 minutes turned into 17 minytes . The other banker wason the phone laughing at times. The third banker was doing something on the computer. They were not directly working with customers so I thought my needs should have been met. This was a waste of my lunch break, not to mention another customer comes in the branch and was instantly helped by a personal banker. sorry Citibank but you lost a potential customer.
