He should read regulations again More than 1/2 of the note is present (it's more than 70%) The serials are clear to the bare eyes The security seals are also clear to the bare eye No special examination is needed This is Absolutely unacceptable for a Big Banking institution. Your Banking license should be REVOKED for not serving the needs of your account holders This is an insult being a customer of your Bank
