  Zero star review. The receptionist Sarah? Is the worst thing I’ve crossed all week. I reach out via telephone, introduce myself and explained I was interested in learning what the business offers? I use/considered other investment companies, but have never pursued Edward Jones. so needed to reached out. She struggled to find words like she didn’t understand my question. So I asked her again. What does Edward Jones offer? -she replied with a vague response -oh investments. I asked again yes, but what does the business offer? and she HUNG UP on me. my hope was she would say something attractive. But I assumed she thought I was a robot caller or a scammer. I decided to go in person and just meet with a financial rep. Unfortunately Sarah met me at the door. I specially asked for Geoffrey. She told me it was by appointment only, and per our conversation she doesn’t feel I’m a right fit for the branch. I asked may I ask why. She caimed, she’s the front line, I was rude to her? She also accused me of not answering her questions. Which is not true. She didn’t answer mine, and she hung up on me?! Meanwhile I was trying to invest with them. I’m ok. It’s too bad for them. I’m considering it a blessing in disguise. I can take my money elsewhere. But for those needing to know, she just turned off an awesome client. My time is valuable and I consider this a negative. It was all so bazaar. What just happened?
