- PRPete RobertsNov 8, 20251.0After nearly 35 years of my business, they were unwilling to reconnect my atm card to one of my accounts which has been done previously in the same branch location 3 times! I was told they couldn't. Apparently they are either incompetent or untrained now. I guess I finally found my reason to find a new bank, they clearly aren't working for my interests. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them

She was poised, persistent, and chill throughout. Not to mention she had these adorable quotes on her desk that helped me chill out ☺️ I also could hear the tellers helping other folks out in a super friendly way, and remembering details about many of the locals lives!
