Citi goes above and beyond to understand and work with you. i'm impressed. I'm very lucky to trust my gut and go with Citi. I came from Wells Fargo. Lets just say, im not gonna go back to wells Fargo, again! Citi has great offers and low rates on their credit cards. The staff here is very knowledgeable. and i personally think Citi bank DOES not need a makeover! its vintage restored. They have the most gorgeous ceiling and handcrafted wood.

One of the worst experiences was with a female teller who asked me how my day was going and I genuinely answered " I just had a great workout at the gym" and she had the audacity of mimicking me :/ I Don't even like going in there anymore. I just make my deposits through the machine.
