The parking officer literally followed me around even though I bank here all the time like some police academy reject. My car was there for less than five minutes for us to have this issue. There's plenty of retail banks to go to without some brazen mall cop to deal with.
- ACAddy CotaDec 18, 20215.0Our of all the banks in SLO, this one is definitely the best. The employees - specifically the tellers - are all so lovely and kind. You will always be addressed and acknowledged. The tellers always treat me with kindness and respect, and ask me about my day and joke with me which I really appreciate. Sometimes the lines can get long, but they do their hardest to help people and make sure their transactions are being treated with special care. I don’t think things of that sensitivity should be rushed anyway! They also have a super great ATM inside that lets you make larger deposits and withdrawals than you could at a normal ATM, which is so great for when I need to quickly grab my rent. I have never had an issue here, and they are a huge part of the reason I don’t see myself switching from Wells Fargo anytime soon.
