I work intimately with Ryan, Anthonette and Virgina at the SLO Branch (weekly, if not almost daily sometimes ;) and they are ALWAYS available to solve any problem I may have. Ryan continually alerts me to beneficial products (like ACH Portal, Line of Credit, High Yield Savings Accounts, etc.) and then connects me with the right people to help. Anthonette and Virginia are great communicators and are always providing solutions to my banking needs. Not to mention how nice it is walking into a local branch where people know your name, have follow up conversations and are actively listening when you speak. My family, my business and I do all of our banking with BOC and could not recommend them more highly!
