    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the customer service I received at this location. I ordered foreign currency in advance of an international trip and was assured by an employee named Leslie that it would arrive the day before my departure. She confirmed this explicitly. However, the day before my trip, I received no updates or calls regarding my order. I repeatedly called the branch myself, and each time I was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. On the morning of my trip, I called again and asked to speak with the manager. When I finally got in touch with her, she falsely claimed they had been trying to contact me. She then said she would call me as soon as the currency arrived. Once again, I received no call. I had to follow up yet again around noon, and only then did they mention they would contact UPS to check the status and call me back, which, again, never happened. I continued calling on my way to the airport, hoping for some resolution. No one answered until finally Leslie picked up and genuinely tried to help. I then informed the manager that I no longer needed the currency, as I was already en route to the airport. This whole ordeal could have been avoided had I not been misinformed about the delivery date. After returning from my trip, I visited the branch again. They handed me the envelope containing the euros and said if I didn’t want them, they would simply buy them back. I asked the manager, who was in the back, speaking through the teller instead of addressing me directly whether I would lose any money or be charged a fee. I was told no. However, to my surprise, I received less than the original amount I had exchanged, despite this not being my mistake. The manager, Justin, did not acknowledge or apologize for any of the misinformation or poor handling of the situation. Instead, she continued insisting she had called me multiple times, which is simply not true. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero accountability. She didn’t even have the decency to speak to me directly during my visit. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. It was marked by poor communication, false assurances, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of basic customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.

    Terrible service. There was a hold on my account and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. But i went to a diffrent bank and they removed it immediately
