Besides the break in I personally reported (with no response), the ATM situation has come to a battle between me, the 800 # and the "Bank Manger". I've been neglected numerous times about my accounts and feel that this team doesn't get the picture. You can't keep funds from long time customers trying to pull money from their own bank. Your team at the San Lorenzo, CA branch needs a wakeup call on how to treat people. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! PS... The tiny short person that thinks she has authority on my money... you need to fire her. There was so much disrespect involved, I can't even share it here. That includes racial profiling and you really need to look into this. I'm sure your tech can find me so do so. It really doesn't take much to answer thoughts on a real issue like this
