I hadn’t been inside a branch in years since I usually just use the ATM, so I didn’t realize you now need an appointment for certain things. Once I figured that out, I booked one—and I’m glad I did. I met with Tiffany today, and she was fantastic. Super professional, really knowledgeable, and just easy to talk to. She helped me set up an account, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions about different Wells Fargo products. I walked out feeling taken care of and grateful for the help. We've received two different answers from the employees at the bank. There is rarely any street parking so that's not really an option if you're in a hurry.
