  My co worker highly recommended this bank so I switched over and have only been with them for a few months and am not pleased at all. I have had to go in more times than necessary to correct things that were not done properly. The senior personal banker that I have been working with I can never reach as it says his line is not activated. When I went in, he said he ordered checked for me but it’s been about a month and 2 visits and 3 calls later, I have yet to receive them. Last week I was told there was a mistake that he fixed and order was placed and I would receive them expedited by the 2nd of August. It is now the 6th and I spoke to someone else at the bank (because the reps # doesn’t work) and she tells me there is no sign of checks ordered. There’s been other things I could mention as well but those have been resolved. Definitely not a happy customer.

  This bank is no nonsense. I went there on Saturday for some clerical work without any appointment. The lady in charge was very professional with a smile. I have my case done in no time. Her dedication to the customer is a plus. The teller inside are very professional and well manner and always eager to help. The Bank is tidy and neat. The Bank is not crowded and I have my needs done less then 20 minutes. I give a 5 stars because of their profession ism and customer care. Thank You Fremont Bank.
