- ADA DJun 19, 20241.0On 6/18/24 around 10:30am I walked into this establishment and observed horrible customer service given to an elderly customer. The older customer was trying to receive assistance withdrawing funds from the ATM machine inside and a bald male employee who failed to assist him was extremely rude and raised his voice at the customer. The customer ended up receiving assistance from another customer rather than Wells Fargo staff. The type of unethical behavior observed today through this experience discouraged me from pursuing further business with Wells Fargo. Management/Staff at this establishment should do a better job of upholding Wells Fargo through their customer service.

The representative told me I needed to make an appointment because it would take an hour and they are closing soon so I need to come back Monday. I explained to him that it was urgent because my Dad is flying out of the country on Monday and asked if he could please help us. He said no, they could not assist me to do a simple task he claims takes an hour. I have opened an account at a different bank and it took them only 15 minutes. . HORRIBLE customer service.

Always encounter professional, friendly and knowledgeable tellers and managers. Whenever I've had an issue it's been taken care of immediately in person or over the phone. Also, the Wells Fargo app is incredibly user-friendly. I've happily recommended Wells Fargo to my family and friends.
