- HOHossein OmidianAug 6, 20241.0UPDATE: I had a frustrating experience with Wells Fargo in August 2024. As seen in their response, I was instructed to file a formal complaint—which I did. After seven months of hearing nothing, I followed up, only to be told that they had sent a reply just four days after my filing. I never received that email, but let’s be optimistic and assume it got lost in my spam folder. 🙃 When they read the response to me over the phone, it was nothing more than a template apology, claiming they had conducted an investigation in just four days. Four days—really? Come on, Wells Fargo, if you're going to say, "We value customer feedback," at least back it up with meaningful action. No surprise this branch has a 2.7-star rating. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Awful experience. We were contacted by Wells Fargo via phone and instructed to stop by a WF branch to sign a document (no one mentioned anything regarding making an appointment) we went to this branch around 3:45pm. Waited in the line to add our name to the list in order to talk to a banker. Around 4:15 Beronica Leon (branch manager) approached us and told us that we need to make an appointment. I told her that we were instructed to stop by and I asked if she can see whether other branches have availability for today. She said with an aggressive voice “Do you want to make an appointment or not” the only thing I replied was “ok let’s make an appointment, but you don’t have to be rude” suddenly she snapped at me and said she is not even going to make an appointment and I need to make my own appointment. This is not something I would call good customer service.
