She helped me set up my new checking account, deposit funds, set up my zelle, and even my digital wallet. She was very thorough and efficient, and extremely pleasant to interact with. She even gave me some financial tips while setting everything up for me. Edit: Updating the review to mention D’Angelo who was very helpful setting up my moms HYSA for her today!

Our deceased mom had/has an IRA with wells fargo bank, in the name of her trust with the trust as the beneficiary and with my siblings and I as the beneficiaries of the trust. Our mom died in 2018 and my siblings and I are stuck in an endless loop of submitting the correct paperwork, filled out as instructed by a w/f rep, only to have the form get kicked back for not filling it out correctly - over, and over, and over again. At this point, I doubt very much that we'll ever get our money out of w/f's greedy hands. Heed this warning - you'll regret it if you don't.
