- MKMika'ele Keni'Nov 26, 20252.0I can see why the ratings are not that great... Unfortunately the low ratings are an accurate reflection of the Bank, well at least this branch. I had an appointment at 4:00 on a slow Tuesday afternoon. I even got a call and a voicemail the day before from a banker confirming my appointment as well. When I arrived at 3:53, the place fairly empty. There were maybe one or two other customers in here. I was ignored, even though a couple of employees walked past me, not even an acknowledgment. No idea who I was supposed to see or where I had to wait or if someone would actually come get me. As I mentioned earlier there was hardly anybody inside. In fact, there were more employees than customers. I got up and to see if anybody was coming to get me, finally someone behind the teller acknowledged me, then she came out and inquired if I needed something. The banker eventually flagged me over to her desk at 4:10, that would make almost a 20 minute wait even though I had an appointment... not to mention the place wasn't busy. Then there are the fees. Holy COW!!! I don't think I've ever seen a bank with this much fees. I just needed a simple checking account, I've never heard anything good about Wells Fargo, so let's see how this goes for the next few months. If my experience is as bad as I heard, then I'll just shut this account down and take my business elsewhere. I would say the staff at this branch needs a lesson in customer service and common courtesy...

The branch manager (Angelica) said I have no availability, instead of taking 5 min to help me, she sent me to another branch. I also noted that I was on business travel and it would require me to Uber as I did not have a rental car either. And I also told her that if I don’t complete a wire, I would have to redo loan docs. I basically pleaded with her, but she had 0 empathy. Not only did this place cost me time but also money. She sent me to the “nearest branch”, 5 miles away. So $40 in Uber fees later and wasting another 40 min. Obviously this is critical as you have to do it before 2pm. Avoid this branch if you need to do something urgent. And I am a premier client. I cannot warn you enough. This is by far the worst experience in all my years of being a bank customer (Chase, PNC, Bank of America, BMO). And that means it was really bad. Just look at that list.
