Bank asks both of us to sign the form and get it notarized. I go this bank for notary - the manager says An Do (person who does the Notary) is busy and I need to take an appointment. I said I can wait until she's done w her customers but he insisted that I take an appointment. I requested to give me the appointment time. I get the answer that I couldn't believe - "I was told to contact them later for an appointment".
