Also instead of making helpful suggestions he told me there was nothing he could do when I described my experience to the telephone person he was very apologetic and was surprised at the lack of service I received. Other Wells Fargo branches aren't nearly as bad but they have inherent problems that they refuse to address my experience revolved around losing my license and wallet I went to Citibank they were overwhelmingly more helpful and I left feeling like I had been taken care of unlike this particular branch of Wells Fargo
